Poroshenko heads to Minsk to take part in Normandy format meeting

The meeting brings together the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany in order to find a solution to Ukrainian crisis
KIEV, February 11./TASS/. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is heading to Minsk to take part in a Normandy format meeting in Minsk on Tuesday, his press service has reported.
"I am going to Minsk to immediately, unconditionally and without any strings attached cease fire and launch a political dialogue," the press service quotes the president as saying.
"We have no conflict. We will find a compromise inside the country," the Ukrainian leader said as he visited Kramatorsk, a government-controlled mining town in Donbas region, last night.
