Hollande stressed that he is resolutely determined to find compromise on the Ukrainian crisis

PARIS, February 10. /TASS/. France expects that a peace agreement will be reached at the meeting of Ukrainian, Russian, German and French laders in Minsk, French President Francois Hollande said on Tuesday.

Hollande stressed that he is "resolutely determined" to find compromise on the Ukrainian crisis. "Discussions continue," he said, commenting on preparations for the Minsk talks.

"Fighting continues as well," Hollande said. "People die in the east of Ukraine," he added.

The meeting in the Normandy format will take place in the Belarusian capital on February 11, bringing together Hollande, Russian President Vladimir Putin, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
