Creation of special groups within the Donetsk and Luhansk teams for the daily patrolling of borders within their zones is planned, the mission’s chief Ertugrul Apakan says
VIENNA, February 5. /TASS/. The OSCE’s observer mission in Ukraine plans to start daily monitoring of the border with Russia, the mission’s chief Ertugrul Apakan said at a meeting of the organization’s permanent council in Vienna.
"Plans for the missions’ build-up envisage creation of special groups within the Donetsk and Luhansk teams for the daily patrolling of borders within their zones," he said, while presenting a report obtained by TASS.
