SINGAPORE, January 26. /TASS/. The work of Malaysia Airlines website has been paralyzed as a result of hacker attacks on the DNS (Domain Name System) of the corporation. A group calling itself Cyber Caliphate has taken responsibility for the cyber crime, The Star newspaper reports.
"At the moment the problem is solved, and normal functioning of the site will resume in the following 24 hours," the official representative of Malaysia Airlines said.
As a result of cyber attacks the visitor of the website saw the image of Malaysia Airlines liner and the words "404 — the plane was noy found" instead of the usual logo and the flight schedules.
"Currently, the company's servers are safe," the representative of the national carrier said, ensuring that the hackers did not manage to obtain information on flight bookings and personal data of passengers.
