TEL AVIV, December 31. /TASS/. Israeli ruling party Likud will hold primary elections on Wednesday to elect its leader and to make up a list of candidates for early parliamentary polls due on March 17.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is an undisputable leader in the election race on the Likud election list, experts noted. If parliamentary election were held on Wednesday, this party would gain 24 out of 120 seats in the Knesset, a unicameral national parliament, findings of a sociological survey conducted by Israeli television this week indicated.
