MOSCOW, December 25. /TASS/. Moscow calls on the UN Security Council to make an overwhelming decision to facilitate resumption of the negotiating process between Israel and Palestine, the spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.

Alexander Lukashevich noted that in the recent days Jordan’s delegation at the request of Palestine had circulated a draft resolution on the Middle East settlement in the UN Security Council.
