Russia detectives to question Ukrainian serviceman giving interview on Boeing crash

MOSCOW, December 23. /TASS/. Detectives will soon question as a witness a Ukrainian serviceman who gave an interview to the Komsomolskaya Pravda daily about the Malaysian Boeing crash, spokesman of Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin told TASS on Tuesday.
“Today detectives have talked to the chief editor and journalists of the Komsomolskaya Pravda daily who interviewed a Ukrainian serviceman at the editor’s office and received the specific data about the Ukrainian citizen. Moreover, I can say that detectives have already got in touch with him and we can question him as a witness in the near future within the investigation of the criminal case over the use of banned means and methods of warfare in south-east Ukraine,” he noted.
“Detectives plan to receive from him information concerning the subject of the investigation and details of the Boeing-777 crash which he gave in an interview with the daily in order to check their authenticity and objectiveness,” the Investigative Committee spokesman added.
