DONETSK, December 15. /TASS/. An ‘all for all’ prisoner swap between Ukraine and the Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) may start on December 25, the secretary of the self proclaimed republic’s security council, Alexander Khodakovsky, said on Monday.

The prisoner swap will most likely have several stages, Khodakovsky said.

Prisoner swap is one of the key points in agreements reached at a Minsk, Belarus, meeting of the international Contact Group on settling the Ukraine conflict.

According to Ukraine’s Security Service, as of December 8 a total of 684 Ukrainian citizens were held as prisoners of war in eastern Ukraine, including 181 servicemen. Around 1,600 people were missing.
