Russia ready to help people in all parts of Ukraine via UN World Food Program

UNITED NATIONS, December 10 /TASS/. Russia is ready to allocate funds to the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) to help people in all parts of Ukraine, the organization’s official said on Wednesday.
The World Food Program welcomes the Russian government’s decision to allocate funds to the WFP to render assistance to the population in all parts of Ukraine, the WFP official spokesperson told journalists on Wednesday.
She added that the WFP did not have any details about the forthcoming contribution and said that it would hopefully learn more from the Russian representative.
On December 4, Russian Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov said that the Russian government had decided to allocate funds to the WFP to help people residing in the territories of all Ukrainian regions.
