VIENNA, December 8. /TASS/. Agreements on a ceasefire in eastern Ukraine will come into force at 09:00 a.m. on December 9, the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) said in its daily update for December 7.

The OSCE monitors said chiefs of the Joint Center for Control Coordination (JCCC) have reached an agreement on terms of ceasefire that is to come into force on December 9.
