Europeans should expel US from NATO — Russian lawmaker

MOSCOW, November 25. /TASS/. Speaker of Russia’s lower house of parliament, the State Duma, Sergey Naryshkin suggested on Tuesday that Europeans should expel the United States from NATO.
“I have got a fantastic proposal: I suggest that European partners should expel the US from the bloc [NATO - TASS],” Naryshkin told an international roundtable on ways to resolve the crisis in Europe.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is a 28-member military alliance based on the North Atlantic Treaty which was signed in 1949 in Washington D.C. by 12 founding members - United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway and Portugal.
