According to a report by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs from 14 November, intensity of fighting in Eastern Ukraine is on the highest level since ceasefire was agreeed by the parties to the Ukrainian conflict. Estimated number of people living in conflict-affected areas is 5.2 million. The number of internally displaced people is more than 460 thousand, while more than 508 thousand people fled to neighboring countries.
