Ukrainian ambassador will return to Moscow when the diplomatic relations return to normal, says Pavlo Klimkin
MOSCOW, November 14. /TASS/. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said on Friday he was not going to visit Moscow in the near future.
“I’m not going to come. I haven't been invited, by the way,” he wrote on Twitter by adding emoticon.
Answering a question of the possible date for returning the Ukrainian ambassador, Klimkin said this will happen when both parties “return to what is called ‘normal diplomatic relations’”.
