VIENNA, November 11. /TASS/. The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission said on Tuesday it observed a military convoy in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk.

“At 07:45hrs, on 11 November, three kilometers east of Donetsk city centre, the SMM observed a convoy of 43 unmarked green military trucks, with tarpaulin covers, moving in the direction of the city center,” the Mission said in a report placed on the organization’s website.

“Five of the trucks were each towing 120mm howitzer artillery pieces. Another five were each towing partly-covered multi-launch rocket systems (MLRS),” the report said.
