BEIRUT, November 5. /TASS/. According to the Petra News Agency, Prime Minister of Jordan Abdullah al-Nassour has instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to call off its ambassador from Israel.

It is noted that this move was presented “as a sign of protest against unprecedented Israeli escalation of encroachments on al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.”

The head of Jordan Foreign Ministry Nasser Jaude is obliged to make a formal complaint with the UN Security Council over Israeli actions in Jerusalem.

On October 30, the Jordanian government has demanded the international community to put pressure on Israel and force it to call off the blockade of the holy Muslim mosque." On November 5, on the Temple Mount in the Old City, clashes erupted betweenPalestinians and the Israeli police. According to the Al-Mayadin TV channel, the guards supported by the settlers used rubber bullets and tear gas. At least 20 Arabs were injured.
