LUHANSK, October 31. /TASS/. The early voting in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic elections is being held in a calm atmosphere and with high turnout, head of the self-proclaimed republic's Central Election Commission Sergei Kozyakov said on Friday.

“There is only preliminary data in the areas where our mobile groups work. Sverdlovsk reports 90% turnout. Bryansk says there were so many people that there were not enough ballots. God’s will, it will be so across the republic,” he said.

Provocations have not been reported, Kozyakov said.

The elections of the head and parliamentarians in the Luhansk People’s Republic will be held on November 2.
