Antiterrorist coalition splits, while terrorist organizations consolidate — CSTO SecGen

VIENNA, October 21. /TASS/. The international antiterrorist coalition is splitting, while the world faces consolidating terrorist organizations, the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s Secretary-General Nikolay Bordyuzha said on Tuesday when speaking at an international conference.

“It seemed at some stage that we had already agreed and that approaches were clear, but we have faced new challenges. There is a deep split of the antiterrorist coalition, due to colossal efforts of Obama’s administration. And against the background, there is consolidation of terrorist organizations, not only al-Qaida, but also small organizations that lie under the wing of the Islamic State,” Bordyuzha said at the 10th international conference on “Terrorism and Electronic Media”.
