KIEV, October 11. /TASS/. Decentralisation of power in Ukraine can start on January 1, 2015, Ukrainian Vice-Premier Vladimir Groisman said.
“Today the government has prepared seven laws. They are submitted to the parliament. They can be approved to start decentralisation of power from 2015,” Groisman told First National TV Channel.
On September 25, Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko, while presenting his program of the country’s long-term development (Strategy-2020), said the authorities’ priority tasks included decentralisation and reform of state administration.
