NEW YORK, September 27. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Honduran counterpart Mireya Aguero have signed an agreement cancelling visas for travellers entering either country.

The ceremony took place on the sidelines of the 69th UN General Assembly session.
