MOSCOW, September 26. /ITAR-TASS/. OSCE observers have no serious proof of “Russian servicemen” in Ukraine, Russian permanent representative to the OSCE Andrei Kelin said on Friday.
“No serious proof was found. OSCE observers tell the Western press that there is no proof of the presence of Russian troops in Ukraine,” he said during the “Moscow-Vienna” video conference.
Russia is ready to discuss possible issues in this aspect at corresponding structures, Kelin said.
