LUHANSK, September 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Laws governing parliamentary and presidential elections have been approved by the Supreme Council of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic in the east of Ukraine, council Speaker Alexei Karyakin said on Thursday, adding that a date had not yet been fixed.

In the neighboring self-proclaimed eastern territory of Donetsk People's Republic, parliamentary and presidential elections will be held on November 2.
