DONETSK, September 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Militias in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and the Ukrainian army have exchanged of prisoners of war in the format 28 for 28, an ITAR-TASS correspondent reported on Sunday from the settlement of Konstantinovka, where the exchange took place.
One of the released Donetsk self-defence fighters told ITAR-TASS that they had repeatedly come under “physical violence from Ukrainian troops” and had been deprived of ffod.
On Saturday, September 20, Donetsk militias and the Ukrainian army exchanged detainees in the format 38 for 38. The exchange took place near Konstantinovka some 60 kilometres south of Donetsk in the presence of the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) mission.
