KIEV,September 18. /ITAR-TASS/. An internatioal donor conference on the establishment of a Donbass reconstruction fund will be held in the end of 2014, Ukraine's Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said on Thursday.

Yatsenyuk expressed hope that the conference will be productive, the premier's press service said.

The Ukrainian government announced plans to create the fund earlier this week. Yatsenyuk said Ukrainian tycoon and international contributors will make donations to the fund.

He also said the government would allocate budget funds on the restoration of the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions only if Kiev regains control of the territories.
