Ukraine’s President relieves acting governor of Luhansk region of duties

Irina Verigina was appointed to the position in May
KIEV, September 16. /ITAR-TASS/. President Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine has relieved of duties the acting chief of state administration (governor) of the eastern Luhansk region, Irina Verigina.
A presidential decree on dismissing her from the position was signed Tuesday and placed on Poroshenko’s official site. She was appointed to the position in May.
