Austria to supply ten drones to Ukraine for use by OSCE monitors

KIEV, September 15 /ITAR-TASS/. Austria will supply 10 drone aircraft to Ukraine for use by OSCE monitors, Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz told Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko at a meeting on Monday.
“Our task is not just to support peaceful settlement by delegating Austrian observers to the OSCE mission but also to send 10 Austrian drones for use by OSCE monitors to enable them to control the conflict territories (in east Ukraine) with an aim to step up the peaceful settlement,” the Ukrainian president’s press service quoted Kurz as saying.
Previous reports said Austria’s firm Schiebel was ready to supply two drone aircraft to Ukraine.
