DONETSK, September 09. /ITAR-TASS/. The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and official Kiev will exchange detainees in the format 36 for 36 on Wednesday, DPR Prime Minister Alexander Zakharchenko said on Tuesday.

“Tomorrow (September 10) an exchange of detainees in the format 36 for 36 will take place. Further on, the number of individuals to be subject to exchange will be increased but not more than 70 from each side due to security considerations,” he said after a session of the DPR Supreme Council (legislature).
