DONETSK, September 08. /ITAR-TASS/. The militias of the Donetsk People’s Republic have handed over 28 prisoners to the Ukrainian side, Alexander Zakharchenko, the prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, told ITAR-TASS on Monday.

Zakharchenko also said that the Contact Group for Ukrainian settlement would most likely be unable to meet again in 7 or 8 days.

“Ukraine has to solve a number of problems before such a meeting could be held. But it is apparently unwilling to do that. So, the meeting slated to be held in 7-8 days is unlikely to take place,” Zakharchenko stressed.
