VIENNA, September 08./ITAR-TASS/. Andrei Kelin, Russia’s permanent representative at the OSCE Standing Committee, told journalists on Monday the Contact Group for Ukraine could meet soon to discuss further steps as part of the ceasefire protocol signed in Minsk on September 5.

“The Contact Group is going to meet soon to discuss the creation of security zones and the use of OSCE observers to monitor the ceasefire (in east Ukraine),” Kelin said.

“I hope the agreements (on security zones and the use of OSCE monitors) are going to be reached soon,” he added.
