TALLINN, September 03. /ITAR-TASS/. US President Barack Obama said on Wednesday that it was too early to talk about a ceasefire in conflict-hit eastern Ukraine.
"We haven't seen a lot of follow-up on so-called announced cease-fires," Obama said after talks with Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves in Tallinn.
"Having said that, if in fact Russia... is serious about a political settlement, that is something we all hope for," Obama said.
