MOSCOW, September 01./ITAR-TASS/. The secretary-general of the Council of Europe intends to hold talks with the Ukrainian president on September 2 in Kiev, a spokesman for the Council of Europe said on Monday.

Thorbjorn Jagland will meet with Petro Poroshenko and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin to discuss the aid to Ukraine, the spokesman said.
