GENEVA, August 26. /ITAR-TASS/. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will be ready to discuss the possibility of escorting in a second Russian relief convoy for civilians in eastern Ukraine only if Moscow and Kiev reach an agreement, Anastasia Isyuk, a spokesperson for the Geneva-based organization, told ITAR-TASS on Tuesday.
The ICRC knows that Russia and Ukraine are discussing the sending of a second humanitarian convoy from Russia to eastern Ukraine. Both sides should reach an agreement before the ICRC could start considering anything related to this matter, she said.
