Opposition leader Raul Khadzhimba appears to have won the presidential election in Abkhazia. Khadzhimba polled 50.57% of the vote while his main rival Aslan Bzhaniya gained 35.91%. Mirab Kishmariya is third with 6.4% of the vote. The fourth candidate, Leonid Dzapshba, polled 3.4% of the vote.
