BEIRUT, August 22./ITAR-TASS/. Militants of the Hamas radical movement have executed eleven suspected informers for Israel, Associated Press said on Friday.

Friday's killings came a day after Israel killed three top Hamas military commanders in an airstrike on a house in southern Gaza Strip.

Hamas has vowed revenge for the targeting of its leaders.

The eleven were suspected of being involved in the killing of the leaders.

Israel's intelligence services rely, in part, on informers to pinpoint the whereabouts of Hamas leaders, the news agency said.
