DONETSK, August 20. /ITAR-TASS/. The Ukrainian army on Wednesday fired a ballistic missile at the central part of the city of Makeyevka in the embattled eastern Donetsk region, a senior official of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) said.

DPR parliament speaker Boris Litvinov said the missile had not exploded and specialists were working to disarm it.
