DONETSK, August 15. /ITAR-TASS/. Eleven civilians have been killed in Ukraine's town of Donetsk since Thursday, and eight have been wounded, Town Hall reported on Friday.
Donetsk administration officials said fighting had taken place in the Petrovsky and Leninsky districts. The town was shelled with incendiary bombs, residents said.
"Residents of the Shiroky neighbourhood saw flashes in the sky at 23:00, Moscow time /19:00 GMT/, which supposedly were fire bombs," Town Hall's report said. The town's 267 transformer station have no power, four neighbourhoods have no water supply and the local bakery and dairy plants are not functioning.
