MOSCOW, August 12. /ITAR-TASS/. A Russian MP, who has analyzed possible sanctions Ukraine might take against Russia, said that the potential sanctions pose no threat to the Russian military-industrial complex, the press service of the United Russia party quoted its member, Franz Klintsevich, as saying Tuesday.

"The sanctions against Russia, which were approved by the Ukrainian Rada Tuesday, pose no threat to Russia in the field of the military-industrial complex, but Ukraine will suffer tremendous losses because Russia is the only market for its products," Klintsevich, who is Deputy head of the Duma committee on defense, declared.

"Today, Russian defense enterprises well substitute for the exports of defense products from Ukraine to Russia," the MP said.

Earlier, Rada-appointed Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that Ukraine was planning sanctions against 172 physical entities, who are citizens of Russia, and 65 juridical entities, mostly Russian, as well

Leader of the A Just Russia party Sergei Mironov declared that the Kiev authorities would deal a blow to its own economy if they imposed sanctions against Russia."It is a big question as to who will be hurt by the Ukrainian sanctions. There is a clear-cut answer to this question: the sanctions will hit Ukraine itself and its own citizens, deal a blow both to its economy and finance,"Mironov said.
