A military operation is still raging in eastern regions of Ukraine. Battles are taking place around the cities of Donetsk and Luhansk.  Ukraine's National Security Service representatives say the militia must lay down their weapons first. The authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's, however, say the ceasefire can only be mutual.
