LUHANSK, August 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Artillery strikes have left the conflict-torn east Ukrainian city of Luhansk without electricity, water supply and telephone communications, the city council said on Monday.
“Residential areas and infrastructure facilities have been under heavy artillery fire since morning,” the council said adding that daily updates on the situation in Lugansk will be posted on its website.
