KIEV, August 01. /ITAR-TASS/. The full group of 101 experts has been working at the crash site of the Malaysian airliner near the city of Donetsk since Friday morning, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman told a media briefing.

“The committee fulfills its functions. I am confident that experts will do everything that is needed as quickly as possible and will receive an answer where bodies are lying, who is to blame and what had happened in the skies over Ukraine,” the deputy prime minister added.

He noted that a fact-finding report over the work of the Ukrainian state committee had been preliminarily approved and will be sent to the Netherlands.
