THE HAGUE, July 31. /ITAR-TASS/. Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said on Thursday the main task of international experts visiting the Boeing 777 crash site in east Ukraine was to return the victims’ bodies to their relatives.

“Our main task is to return the bodies of the dead to their relatives,” Rutte told his Malaysian counterparty Najib Tun Razak whom he met in The Hague.

Najib Tun Razak, in turn, stressed the need to provide unhindered access of international investigators to the crash site to collect evidence.

“Only then we will know what happened to the MH17 flight and will be able to seek justice for the dead and their families,” the Malaysian premier said.

He believes the east Ukraine crisis does not have an easy solution. But the people onboard the Malaysian aircraft, he thinks, had got nothing to do with Ukraine’s conflict. Therefore, the minister urged Ukraine and the militias controlling the area to end military hostilities around the crash site.

Boeing 777 of the Malaysia Airlines crashed en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur on July 17 over Ukraine’s Donetsk region, a scene of fierce confrontation between the Ukraine army and the militias fighting for the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic. All the 298 people onboard, including 195 Dutch passengers and 44 Malaysians, died in the crash.
