The LUKoil head said the company was still evaluating the effect of western sanctions against the Russian energy sector
MOSCOW, July 31. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s largest independent crude producer LUKoil has no plans to cut its investment program over western sanctions affecting the Russian energy sector, LUKoil head Vagit Alekperov said on Thursday.
“We don’t have such plans so far. We are implementing our 10-year [investment] program proceeding from the program’s version, which existed as of January this year,” Alekperov said.
The LUKoil head said the company was still evaluating the effect of western sanctions against the Russian energy sector.
