KIEV, July 30. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s army is not planning to use military force to restore control over the Malaysian Boeing crash area in Ukraine’s Donetsk region, Ukraine’s Vice-Premier Vladimir Groisman told a briefing on Wednesday.

“We do not have intentions to use military methods to retake a territory where the plane fragments are lying,” Groisman said, criticizing militias who are in control of the area, for denying full access to experts.

Groisman said that Ukrainian troopers were refraining from hostilities within a range of 20 kilometers around the crash site. He added that a working party investigating the Boeing crash would deploy a base of international experts maximum close to the territory where the aircraft had fallen.

Groisman also suggested using drones in the Malaysian Boeing crash zone to become convinced that the Ukraine army was not a hindrance to international experts.
