PYONGYANG, July 29. /ITAR-TASS/. North Korea pledged to build up nuclear deterrence forces and to take regular military retaliatory countermeasures for self-defense purposes.

Recent test launches of tactical missiles in North Korea are estimated by newspapers in the country as fully justified, whereas the United States and their allies pursue a hostile policy towards North Korea and are preparing to unleash a war.
