MOSCOW, July 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Kiev’s disclosing of the results of Malaysian Boeing-777 black boxes analysis violated regulations of Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation, deputy chief of Russian aviation agency Rosaviation Oleg Strochevoy said on Monday.

“According to annex 13, opinions expressed during the analysis, including those about the information on flight recorders, are not to be disclosed by the investigation participants,” he said. “The information is not to be revealed without official approval of the investigating commission chairman.”

Strochevoy lamented Ukraine’s violation of the fundamental principles of cooperation in investigation of aviation accidents and said Kiev’s statements did not help unbiased and professional analysis.

Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 heading from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the Donetsk Region in eastern Ukraine on July 17 in the area of military actions between the militia and pro-government forces. The crash killed all 298 aboard.
