KIEV, July 28. /ITAR-TASS/. The Ukrainian Cabinet plans to sanction Russian books, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Sych said on Monday.
“I would not say that all Russian books are bad. But we must protect the Ukrainian customer against xenophobic books aimed to destabilize the country,” he told the briefing Ukrainian Book amid the Information War.
The government was assisting the development of the national book publishing, he added, mentioning in particular effective mechanisms of protecting the Ukrainian market from excessive import.
