18 Russian, Ukrainian legal entities added to black list — EU source

The sanction list now includes 72 individuals — officials, politicians, public figures and leaders of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, as well as two Crimean companies

BRUSSELS, July 25. /ITAR-TASS/. The black list for Russia and Ukraine expansion prepared by the Council of the European Union comprises nine companies and nine organizations, a European diplomatic source in Brussels told ITAR-TASS on Friday.

The Council of the EU included on the black list on Thursday 15 more Russian and Ukrainian citizens as well as 18 companies and organizations that the EU believes to be responsible for the escalation in Ukraine. The names will be disclosed in the Official Journal of the EU later on Friday. The publication means the decision has come into force.
