KHARKIV, July 24 /ITAR-TASS/. The first plane with the bodies of Dutch nationals killed in a Malaysian airliner crash in east Ukraine has flown to the Netherlands, the Ukrainian State Commission for the Air Crash Probe said on Thursday.

The plane took off from Kharkiv in east Ukraine at 1:15 p.m. Moscow time (9:15 a.m. GMT), the State Commission said.

The second plane is expected to take off at 2:45 Moscow time (10:45 GMT) on Thursday, the State Commission said.

Overall, 51 containers with the bodies of Dutch nationals are expected to be delivered to the Netherlands.

The Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 airliner en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the area of combat operations between local militias and Ukrainian governmental troops in east Ukraine’s Donetsk region on Thursday, July 17. All 298 people aboard the plane, including 193 Dutch nationals, died in the air crash.
