OTTAWA, July 24. /ITAR-TASS/. The cockpit voice recorder from a Malaysian airliner that crashed in east Ukraine is in a good condition, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) said on Thursday.
ICAO experts are taking part in the probe of the Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 airliner’s crash. The voice recorder keeps records of pilots’ communication during the flight.
The Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 airliner en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the area of combat operations between local militias and Ukrainian governmental troops in east Ukraine’s Donetsk region on Thursday, July 17. All 298 people aboard the plane, including 193 Dutch nationals, died in the air crash.
