Russia stands for ICAO’s major role in decoding Malaysian jet’s ‘black boxes’
“Actually, it would cross out all the efforts urging the both parts of the conflict to launch a constructive dialogue aiming at the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis,” an official says
MOSCOW, July 23. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia stands for a transparent and unbiased international investigation of the Malaysian jet crash and the ICAO’s leading role in decoding ‘black boxes’, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said on Wednesday.
Speaking at a meeting with Vygaudas Usackas, the head of the EU Delegation to Russia, Karasin focused on the probe into the Malaysian airliner crash near the city of Donetsk as well as on pressing issues of Ukraine’s crisis.
Usackas elaborated on the ‘conclusions’ that the Foreign Affairs Council of the Council of Europe adopted on the situation in Ukraine in Brussels on July 22.
Karasin made known Russia’s principled stance on biased and politicised EC ‘conclusions’ in regard to Russia.
Besides, he attracted the EC attention to the counter-productive intentions of Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko to railroad his personal opinion about representatives of Ukraine’s south-east as ‘international terrorists’ to the world’s public opinion.
“Actually, it would cross out all the efforts urging the both parts of the conflict to launch a constructive dialogue aiming at the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
