KHARKIV, July 23. /ITAR-TASS/. Two planes with the Boeing 777 victims’ bodies have departed for the Netherlands from Kharkiv, the State Commission for the Investigation of the Circumstances of the Malaysia Airlines plane crash said on Wednesday.

“The plane left the Donetsk International Airport with forty coffins onboard,” the commission said in its report. A ceremony to pay tribute to the crash victims had been held before the planes’ departure.

Volodymyr Groysman, head of the State Commission, said after the ceremony that the Ukrainian side would continue doing everything possible “to step up the dispatch” and pledged to carry out a proper investigation. “Today, we have started dispatching the bodies of the crash victims to the Netherlands,” Groysman said.

All the victims' bodies are expected to be flown to their native countries by July 25.
